Here is a shot of the new LG Design Series line of LCDs. They also created matching spekaers and a 1080p converter. The line comes in 37, 42, 47 and 52-inch Full HD. You can also get 26 and 32-inch models that have 720p/1080i support. All models come wiht three HDMI inputs, an XD imaging engine and Intelligent Eye technology which optimizes brightness and contrast according to ambient light. This new line boasts 8,000:1 contrast ratios for the smaller models and 10,000:1 for the larger screens. I think the TV and speaker system looks amazing, but I wonder how good they perform.

New Audi A4 Photos

[ via ColoradoCarGuy ]

Here is a new shot of the upcoming 2008/2009 Audi A4. You can see the LED trimmed headlights and the front face that looks like the new Audi A5/S5. I definitely think the front fascia is an improvement over the current look, but I am not sure about the rest of the car.

Titanium Aluminum Nitride by URWERK

via Professional Watches

URWERK has just created a limited edition wristwatch that utilizes a new metal treatment process called Titanium Aluminum Nitride Coating. The treatment is said to be the hardest coating used in watchmaking, it is even harder than DLC (diamond like carbon). The color that results from this process can range from bronze to black and depends on the ratio of Titanium/Aluminum. This particular TiAlN treatment appears to have a chocolate brown color. This technology is very cutting-edge and I am sure many savvy watchmakers will follow suit.
